Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-05-07
Service description
Auto Injury Team operates a free informational service that connects individuals who have been involved in an auto accident with independent attorneys for the purpose of receiving a free case evaluation. Auto Injury Team is not a law firm. Auto Injury Team does not provide legal advice, does not represent any party in any legal matter, and does not guarantee any outcome.
No attorney-client relationship
Submitting the case-evaluation form does not create an attorney-client relationship with Auto Injury Team or with any attorney to whom the information is referred. An attorney-client relationship is only established by a separate written agreement between the inquirer and a specific attorney.
No outcome guarantee
Past results obtained by attorneys participating in this service do not guarantee future outcomes. Every legal matter is unique. The value of any auto accident claim depends on facts specific to that matter and the applicable law, and may be substantially less or more than estimates provided in any case evaluation.
Accuracy of information
The inquirer represents that the information submitted through the form is true and accurate to the best of their knowledge, and that they are authorized to submit the information of any other person referenced in the inquiry.
Use of the website
This website is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. Auto Injury Team disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Auto Injury Team is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or use of this service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.
Updates
These terms may change. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
