Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-05-07
Auto Injury Team ("we," "our," "us") respects the privacy of every visitor to auto-injury-team.com. This policy describes what information is collected through this website, how it is used, and the choices available to visitors.
What is collected
- Form submissions. When the case-evaluation form is completed, the contact details, accident information, and injury information provided are transmitted to our lead-management partner LeadProsper for routing to participating attorneys for case review.
- Browser data. Standard web logs (IP address, browser type, referring URL, timestamps).
- TrustedForm certification. A consent-tracking certificate is generated by ActiveProspect TrustedForm at the time of submission and stored as part of the lead record.
- Marketing parameters. URL parameters such as utm_source, utm_campaign, gclid, and similar marketing identifiers are captured to attribute the form submission to the originating advertisement.
How information is used
- To connect inquirers with independent attorneys who provide free case evaluations.
- To respond to questions and follow up on case-evaluation requests.
- To improve the service and the accuracy of our marketing.
- To comply with legal obligations and to enforce our terms.
Third parties
Information submitted through the form is shared with: (a) LeadProsper, our lead-management partner; (b) participating attorneys and law firms who purchase the lead through LeadProsper for case-review purposes; and (c) ActiveProspect TrustedForm, which provides consent-certification services. Information is not sold to unrelated third parties.
Communications consent
By submitting the form, the inquirer consents to be contacted by Auto Injury Team and partner law firms about a free case evaluation by phone, text, or email — including via automated dialing systems and pre-recorded messages, even if the number is on a Do Not Call list. Consent to these contacts is not a condition of any service. Standard message and data rates may apply.
Choices and rights
- Opt-out. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of further texts, or use the unsubscribe link in any email.
- Access / deletion. Requests for access to or deletion of personal information may be sent to privacy@auto-injury-team.com.
- State-specific rights (CCPA, GDPR, etc.) are honored where applicable; contact the address above to exercise them.
Children
This service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
